Maintain optimal function and output of wind turbines through daily operations, safety checks, and warranty repairs. Perform complex troubleshooting and maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED with at least one year of wind technician experience or a relevant degree/certificate. Must be physically able to climb 300-foot towers and lift 50 lbs daily.
The Wind Technician position requires local travel within the hub. The Wind Technician is a critical and active role to maintain optimal function and output at the wind site by working daily on turbine operations, safety, quality control and warranty repair(s). The Wind Technician partners and communicates with the Site Lead and Manager to execute on contract requirements and timelines and ensures alignment with GE excellence!

Please note: This is not a remote or travel position. The work location for this position includes all wind sites within Oklahoma Hub 2. You are expected to work at all sites within this Hub and report to work at any site within this Hub as assigned by your manager.
