Responsible for the conceptual, basic, and detailed design of Electrical Balance of Plant (EBOP) packages for Hydro Power Plants. This includes managing supplier interactions, bid evaluations, and ensuring correct interfaces between electrical packages.
Requires a BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 6-8 years of experience in EBOP Hydro Power Plant design. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is required, with ETAP and system studies knowledge being an advantage.
To work on EBOP packages – Transformer, GIS, Switchyard, Busduct, Distribution system, cable, grounding etc.
Do basic and detail design of EBOP packages.
Do offer evaluation, interaction with supplier, Bid Evaluation
Maintain risk and opportunities in the package
Ensure timely deliveries of Documents
Understand and apply design processes
Knowledge about interfaces of electrical BOP packages with each other and with other functions.
Ensuring correct interfaces in the projects.
Ability to work in a team, ability to quickly learn & adapt.
Electrical Engineer BE/B.Tech with 6-8 years of experience in EBOP Hydro Power Plant Design, having a good knowledge of the EBOP packages.
Customer focus and committed to on time delivery.
Good command over English – written & verbal.
Good command on MS Office, Autocad, knowledge on ETAP, system studies and protection settings would be an added advantage.
