The CRM Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting CRM operations across GetGo Carsharing, ZipZap Car Subscription, and other brands within the GetGo Technologies group. This is a hands-on executional role responsible for building, testing, launching, and maintaining CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, in-app, SMS, web) via our customer engagement platform.

You will work closely with the Lead, Lifecycle Marketing and own the operational backbone of our lifecycle marketing efforts — ensuring data readiness, accurate trigger logic, and flawless campaign execution behind every customer touchpoint.

This is a contract role with the opportunity for renewal based on performance and business requirements. Campaign Execution & QA

• Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across channels (email, push, in-app, SMS, web landing pages) on the customer engagement platform
• Conduct end-to-end QA: segmentation, rendering, personalisation logic, tracking, and delivery checks
• Troubleshoot campaign or setup issues across systems and coordinate technical fixes when required

Data & Platform Readiness

• Ensure all required customer data (events, attributes, flags) are correctly passed into the platform from various sources
• Validate trigger logic and data flows for automated journeys
• Maintain platform hygiene including naming conventions, templates, and workflow structures

Monitoring & Reporting of Performance Health

• Monitor and report on key operational performance metrics (e.g., deliverability, bounce rates, error frequency, channel performance) to identify trends and recurring issues
• Recommend and implement operational improvements to enhance campaign reliability, channel performance, and overall platform health

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Management

• Work closely with marketing, data, product, and engineering teams to deliver lifecycle touchpoints on time
• Maintain structured documentation, processes, and QA workflows for consistent execution
• 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM operations, or related fields
• Demonstrable, hands-on experience with Braze for executing CRM or lifecycle marketing campaigns
• Strong attention to detail with excellent QA discipline and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with customer data structures, event-based triggers, and segmentation logic
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Liquid templating, or familiarity with using AI platforms for code generation
• Excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to work
