Lead and inspire a team of early childhood educators while managing campus operations, staffing, and budgeting. Ensure the health and safety of children and maintain compliance with MSDE and NAEYC standards.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and over 5 years of leadership experience. Must have experience leading a school of 150-200+ children and strong knowledge of MSDE and NAEYC regulations.
