The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing warehouse, distribution, and inventory management operations across assigned facilities to ensure safety and profitability. They will initiate process improvement teams, communicate best practices, and develop plans for the efficient use of resources.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess 7 to 10 years of related experience in logistics or supply chain operations. A master's degree is preferred, along with specific knowledge of food-grade storage and international shipping.

The points below highlight the Operations Director duties:
You get to travel as needed: to possible include 75% in 1 90 days and 15-25% after 1 90 days. You will promote and ensure a clean and safe work environment but for food accounts, incumbent is responsible to report food safety problems to senior management to initiate action.
