The Conductor is responsible for moving freight safely and efficiently by coordinating train movements and operating track switches. Key duties include inspecting equipment, connecting air hoses, and complying with all federal and state railroad safety regulations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and be at least 18 years old. The role requires the ability to lift 75 pounds and pass pre-employment medical, hearing, vision, and drug screenings.

Job Summary:
As a Conductor, you’ll play a key role in moving freight safely and efficiently to customers. We will provide you with both classroom and hands-on training to set a strong foundation for a long-term career. You’ll work outdoors in all weather conditions, tackling new challenges each day while ensuring we meet our customers’ needs. This is a physically active position with real opportunities for growth and advancement in a complex and dynamic environment.
