The Lead System Designer manages cross-functional teams to deliver technical content, performance, and quality deliverables for NPI programs. They are responsible for architectural decomposition, system requirements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science and possess at least 5 years of progressive experience in the field. Proficiency in system design, design control processes, and the ability to drive technical requirements flow-down are essential for this role.
