The Product Manager is responsible for developing and managing the service product portfolio to maximize value and profitability. This involves acting as a bridge between customers, sales, engineering, and operations to execute the service product strategy.
Candidates should hold a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with 3 to 7+ years of experience in product management. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of service business models are required.
In the role of Product Manager for the Service BU, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and continuously improving our service product portfolio. You will act as the bridge between customers, sales, engineering, and service operations to ensure our service offerings deliver maximum value, competitiveness, and profitability.
Define and execute the service product strategy incl. roadmap
Develop innovative service offerings.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and R&D.
Drive strategies, business cases, and profitability analysis.
Support go-to-market activities such as launches and training.
Monitor KPIs and improve service performance and customer satisfaction.
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
3–7+ years’ experience in Product Management and Service business.
Strong understanding of service business models.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Strategic leadership role with high business impact
Exposure to senior leadership
