The Associate will source, evaluate, and execute new and follow-on investments while conducting thematic research and market analysis. Additionally, they will support portfolio company reporting, valuation analysis, and fund administration tasks.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in investing, management consulting, or investment banking. Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship is required.

The Investment Associate will be a core member of Galvanize’s Venture and Growth team. This role sits at the center of our effort to build scaled, category-defining companies that power the next era of energy and climate. Associates are active participants in theme development, investment execution, and portfolio value creation. The role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle: from identifying structural shifts across electrification, intelligence, and industrial systems, to underwriting companies positioned to lead those shifts, to supporting management teams as they scale. Our Venture and Growth strategy provides capital to commercially validated businesses with strong leadership, differentiated technology, and clear pathways to profitability. We focus on companies ready to move from product-market fit to scaled deployment in the real economy.
