About Galleher Industries
Galleher Industries is a trusted and expanding supplier of high-quality components to the truck body and trailer manufacturing industry. With operations in Texas, California, and New Jersey, we specialize in lumber, aluminum, steel, and custom-fabricated products that serve both OEM and aftermarket customers. Our team is known for responsive service, reliable delivery, and a commitment to helping our customers succeed. As we continue to grow, we are investing in talent that shares our drive to build strong partnerships and deliver results.
About the Role
This is a hybrid sales role based out of our Kaufman, TX facility. The core of the job is inside sales: quoting, managing orders, and taking care of existing customers. It also includes local travel as needed to visit accounts in the region, strengthen relationships, uncover new opportunities, and bring back the kind of information you only get face to face.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable running a phone and email desk with high accuracy, and who also wants to get in front of customers rather than stay behind a screen. Success in this role is measured by how well our accounts are supported, how quickly issues get resolved, and how much additional business is captured from the customers you touch.
Inside Sales Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate quotes and processing sales orders.
- Proactively follow up on leads, open quotes, and customer requests to drive order conversion.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems, including customer information, pipeline activity, and order history.
- Partner with operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time delivery and resolve customer issues quickly.
- Coordinate with vendors and transportation providers to secure competitive pricing and support customer programs.
- Assist with walk-in customers, returns, and RMA processing as needed.
- Support the AR team in resolving billing and payment issues with customers.
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives to support shared OEM and distributor accounts.
Outside Sales Responsibilities
- Plan and execute customer visits within the assigned territory as business needs dictate.
- Serve as a local point of contact for assigned accounts in the region, working alongside the sales team on larger and shared accounts.
- Identify and pursue additional business among truck body builders, trailer manufacturers, fabricators, and distributors in the region.
- Conduct on-site discovery at customer facilities to understand production processes, material usage, and upcoming programs, then convert that insight into quoted opportunities.
- Bring back competitive intelligence on pricing, lead times, and vendor activity so we can respond quickly.
- Represent Galleher at regional trade shows and industry events as needed.
- Maintain a documented call plan and report on visit outcomes, next steps, and pipeline movement.
- Work with leadership to set territory priorities and align field activity with inventory and fabrication capabilities in Kaufman.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of Galleher Industries.

- Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (NetSuite or similar preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to calculate costs, apply markups, and process quotes accurately.
