Job Role: 

The PRO will be responsible for managing government-related transactions and documentation for the Galadari Powersport Division. The role will provide efficient PRO support to employees and management while maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth coordination with government authorities.

Key Role: 

• Handle all government-related transactions with relevant UAE authorities.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labour, immigration, and government regulations affecting the business.

• Provide PRO support for the division’s motorcycle and powersport brands, including Kawasaki, Triumph, Moto Morini, and other related operations.

• Support the registration and renewal of company vehicles, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, and other assets where required.

• Coordinate with RTA and other relevant authorities for vehicle registration, ownership transfers, renewals, number plates, and related documentation.

• Support government approvals and documentation required for showrooms, workshops, warehouses, events, exhibitions, and business activities.

• Assist with permits and approvals required for promotional activities, events, outdoor activities, and exhibitions.

• Ensure all PRO activities are conducted in accordance with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Follow up with government authorities to resolve any delays or issues.

• Escalate complex government or compliance matters to management when required.

• Support internal and external audits by providing required government documentation.

Qualification, Skills, and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in a PRO/government relations role.
• Experience in the automotive, motorcycle, retail, or dealership industry will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of government procedures.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic communication skills will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of government portals and online systems.
• Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and regulations.
• Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good documentation and record-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proactive approach to resolving government-related issues.
• Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
