The GTM Engineer will own the architecture, automation, and data integrity of the go-to-market stack, focusing on CRM sync pipelines and lead scoring. They will implement AI-powered automations and manage the integration layer between Salesforce, Clay, and Gong to drive pipeline and retention.
Requires 2+ years of experience in GTM Engineering or Revenue Operations with deep hands-on expertise in Clay, Salesforce, and Gong. Candidates must be proficient in SQL and have a demonstrated ability to ship AI workflows using LLM APIs.

We're hiring a GTM Engineer to own the architecture, automation, and data integrity of our go-to-market stack. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role at the intersection of revenue strategy and technical execution. You'll turn sales, marketing, and customer success workflows into compounding, measurable systems that directly power pipeline and retention.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of GTM Engineering, you'll work closely with revenue leadership to build the infrastructure that keeps our GTM motion fast, clean, and scalable. You're not just building - you're designing systems, owning outcomes, and communicating trade-offs clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
