Act as a strategic HR partner for small to mid-size business leaders, providing fractional HR leadership. Responsibilities include managing strategic partnerships and implementing impactful HR differences through a consulting model.
Requires 10+ years of professional exempt-level HR experience with a strong focus on coaching and process improvement. Candidates must be Washington residents and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

More information on "remote" classification of our positions. All Consulting positions with FIT HR will be a combination of working remotely from your home and approximately 20-25% of your time working onsite at your clients' location. This balance of remote / onsite will vary by client assignment.
