Lead the management, maintenance, and development of engineering infrastructure, including buildings, water systems, and farming equipment. Oversee capital projects, maintenance budgets, and the leadership of technical staff and contractors.
Requires a qualification in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (N6, Diploma, or Degree) and at least 6 years of supervisory experience in maintenance or asset management. Must possess strong mechanical knowledge, software skills for maintenance analysis, and a valid driver's license.
