The role is responsible for full-cycle payroll processing for up to 200 Canadian employees and the administration of comprehensive benefits programs. Additionally, the coordinator handles onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data maintenance, and provides front-line support for employee queries.
Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of payroll experience and post-secondary studies in human resources or payroll administration. Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are highly desired.

Our Winnipeg facility located in the Fort Garry Industrial Park has an opportunity for a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to join our small yet mighty HR team. This is ideal for a candidate who has 1 to 2 years’ experience in Payroll processing for both hourly and salaried employees who is seeking a move with more responsibility and challenges. The potential for this role is only limited to the candidate and their desire to learn and grow.
The Payroll & Benefits coordinator will be directly responsible for payroll and benefits administration, attendance tracking and maintenance, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement and front-line queries. Additional tasks to support the team will also include training, company social activities, health and safety, workers’ compensation and other projects in HR.
