Candidates must have at least two years of on-site maintenance experience in multi-family or residential properties and possess a basic set of tools. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a positive attitude are required, with HVAC certification considered a plus.

Prepping apartments for make-ready turns
General maintenance duties as necessary
On-call; respond to after-hour emergency calls
Snow removal and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
Preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems
Completing work orders for service requests, including plumbing, carpentry, light electrical
