The Working Lead is responsible for achieving hourly production goals and directing, training, and developing employees. They must ensure the production line is consistently supplied with materials and communicate performance or maintenance issues to supervisors.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably 0-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Essential requirements include basic math skills, the ability to work independently, and strong communication skills.

Keep line supplied with materials at all times

Work Experience and Education
High school diploma or equivalent level of education
0-4 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred
