The Transportation Administrative Assistant supports the transport department by processing vendor invoices, managing driver compliance files, and providing clerical support to executive staff. Key duties include coordinating schedules for the Department Manager and acting as a liaison between vendors and other internal departments.
Candidates should have at least one year of professional office experience and preferably an associate degree in business or supply chain management. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly intermediate Excel, and experience in logistics or trucking is highly desired.

The Transportation Administrative Assistant will work closely with the manager of the transport department to support the Fresh Express Network Transportation Department in the areas of processing vendor invoices and payments, and routine clerical and administrative functions such as, organizing, and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to our Executive staff. Uses business software applications to prepare correspondence, and reports.
