Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of project management experience, with PMP certification preferred. Proficiency in Salesforce and Smartsheet is required, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering a range of projects, including new client implementations, Professional Services engagements, and larger enterprise initiatives that involve multiple departments. The Senior Project Manager works closely with the Business Analyst team and with stakeholders throughout the company to keep projects on schedule and aligned with business goals. Day to day, this means defining project scope, building and maintaining project plans, coordinating resources, and managing risk. The role also includes keeping project records accurate in Salesforce and helping the company adopt AI to improve how it manages projects.
