The Executive Director is responsible for the total management of an Assisted Living and Memory Care community, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance. Key duties include managing operating budgets, overseeing staff recruitment and performance, and driving community occupancy through marketing efforts.
Candidates should have at least three years of experience in senior living and supervising other managers, with a passion for working with senior citizens. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of federal and state laws for senior living are required.

This role also ensures high quality resident care services, within budgetary guidelines, while meeting or exceeding the company standards, and responsible for compliance with federal, state, local and company policies, procedures and regulations.
