The Project Manager oversees affordable housing projects from site acquisition through construction completion, coordinating with architects, contractors, and consultants. They are responsible for maintaining schedules, managing budgets, and navigating local land use and permitting processes.
Candidates need 2-5 years of experience in construction project management or real estate development with strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, while experience with LIHTC, HUD programs, and Oregon permitting is preferred.

Position Overview
The Project Manager supports FFAH's Land Development team in managing affordable housing projects from site acquisition through construction completion. This is an in-office role based in Bend, Oregon. The right candidate brings solid project management fundamentals - ideally in construction or real estate development - and the organizational discipline to track multiple active deals simultaneously in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
