Lead the product design and development for complete seat, frame, and mechanism acquisitions while serving as the primary technical interface for customers. Coordinate with global engineering teams to deliver technical offers, BOMs, and optimized seating designs.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of professional experience in seating systems. Must be proficient in GD&T, CAD tools like Catia or NX, and have a strong background in automotive product development.

The Customer Engineering Lead is responsible for leading the product design and development for various complete seat, frame, and mechanism acquisitions. Key responsibilities include customer interface, aligning designs with customer and Forvia specifications, and leading the design and engineering teams. |
