The Route Engineer focuses on improving transport productivity and reducing costs through frequent flow analysis and data collection. They are responsible for leading productivity workshops and tracking the implementation of savings across plants and divisions.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in logistics or supply-chain management with at least 2 years of operational experience. Proficiency in SAP, TMS, and English is required, along with the ability to travel 15% to 30% of the time.
