理想的候选人：
1. 本科及以上学历，财务管理/经济学专业
2. 10年以上财务管理工作经验，其中5年以上大型集团或上市公司财务管理经验
3. 熟练掌握SAP相关模块，熟悉集团报表格式
4. 具备卓越的领导能力、战略思维能力和决策能力，能够在复杂的环境中把握全局。
