The analyst will manage product definition and codification processes, including BOM management and vehicle launch support. They are also responsible for fostering cross-functional teamwork and facilitating knowledge transfer within the team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in product development processes and a willingness to work in North American or European shift timings are required.

Understanding of product development process (GPDS) from concept to launch and critical interfaces to Codification.
Understanding of vehicle launch / LQOS process
Ability to effectively build relationships and teamwork both globally and cross-functionally.
Desire and ability to transfer knowledge & build up team competency
