The role involves acting as the first point of contact for guests and customers, managing phone calls, and handling general correspondence. Additionally, the employee will coordinate appointments and provide general administrative and data maintenance support.
Candidates should have a completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification, ideally with initial experience in reception or service. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills in German (and ideally English) are required.
Zur Verstärkung bei einem unserer Kunden suchen wir dich als engagierte und freundliche Persönlichkeit für den Empfangs- und Front-Office-Bereich.
Die Stelle ist im Zeitraum vom 20.07. bis 07.08. in Vollzeit mit einer Arbeitszeit von 8:00 bis 17:00 Uhr zu besetzen. Ab dem 10.08. wird die Tätigkeit als Teilzeitstelle mit einer Arbeitszeit von 13:00 bis 17:00 Uhr fortgeführt.
