You will own the success of the enterprise customer base, ensuring C-suite buyers realize the full value of the platform. You are responsible for retention, expansion, and building strategic relationships with senior decision-makers.
You must have experience managing complex enterprise relationships at the C-level and possess full professional fluency in German. You should be commercially minded with a proven track record of growing a book of business.

You will own the success of our enterprise customer base, ensuring C-suite buyers realise the full value of flowit from day one and beyond. You will set the standard for how we retain, grow, and deepen relationships with some of the most senior decision-makers in the DACH economy.
This is not a support role. It is a commercial and strategic one. You will own retention, expansion, and the executive relationships that make both possible. As flowit scales, there is a natural path to leading a small team.
You have managed complex enterprise relationships at C-level and know how to navigate organisations where decisions are political as much as rational. You understand that in this market, trust is the product, and you build it deliberately.
You are commercially minded. You think in terms of NRR, expansion pipeline, and account health, not just satisfaction scores. You have taken ownership of a book of business before and grown it.
You hit the ground running. You do not need to be onboarded into how senior customer relationships work, you have been doing it and have the results to show for it.
Full professional fluency in German is a requirement for this role.
