The Electrician Helper is responsible for assisting the Lead Electrician with installs, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical products and equipment at assigned job sites. This role works closely with team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and electrical code standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must supply own tools.
EEO/OSHA/ADA: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in various environments. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Operating a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position; therefore, a valid driver’s license and continuous eligibility to drive under company insurance standards are required. Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) are monitored on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with safety, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
