The Quality Control and Continuous Improvement Manager oversees the quality laboratory, ensuring product conformity and managing a team of 8 staff members. They are responsible for driving industrial performance through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies while ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer standards.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Chemistry, Quality, or Process Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in an industrial quality control laboratory. Proven leadership skills, expertise in ISO 9001, and proficiency in English are required for this role.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Production, vous êtes garant(e) du bon fonctionnement du laboratoire Contrôle Qualité.
Vous assurez la conformité des produits finis et intermédiaires, encadrez une équipe de 8 collaborateurs, répartis en horaires postés 4x8 et 2x8 et journée, et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les services Production, Industrialisation, Supply Chain, R&D et QHSE.
