The IT Finance Specialist will manage departmental budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while tracking IT spending and intercompany chargebacks. They will also coordinate invoice payments, manage purchase orders, and ensure accurate hardware and software licensing compliance.

Position Summary:
Flexjet is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our IT department as an IT Finance Specialist at our Dallas, Texas facility. This person will be the primary support for departmental budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting. This job role is part of the IT Technical Services team, reporting to the team manager. The IT Technical Services is comprised of Service Desk, Server and Desktop, Storage, Networking, Telecom and Mobility.
