The technician is responsible for loading and unloading tooling, identifying welding failures, and performing root cause analysis. They also handle problem resolution in the area and provide basic maintenance for welding equipment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or technical degree and proficiency in Tig, Mig, Spot, and robotic micro-wire welding. Experience with welding parameters, polishing, and rework is required, along with schedule flexibility.
