The Program Administrator manages customer accounts and coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure programs progress on schedule and within budget. They are responsible for tracking shipments, managing purchase orders, and preparing executive reports to ensure on-time delivery.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years of experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Baan flow and advanced office software skills are required.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Program Administrator will assists with managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship. Will be assisting in shipments and on time delivery. Follow up on shipments to ensure we meet site and customer standards
