The Preconstruction Manager leads project pursuits by collaborating with estimators, business development teams, and project sponsors to secure contracts. They are responsible for developing project strategies, managing client expectations, and identifying cost-saving opportunities during the design and preconstruction phases.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of construction industry experience, specifically in project pursuits, estimating, or project management. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred, along with demonstrated expertise in alternative delivery methods and contract negotiations.
