You Must Have:

• Minimum 2 Years of Automotive Service Advisor Experience Required. Ford Experience a Plus
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Ability to work Saturday’s when required
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds Preferred
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting customers on service drive and discussing repair needs
• Creating work orders and communicating specifics to technicians for repairs
• Discussing repair needs and costs with customers to get approvals
• Keeping in contact with customers to make sure they are up to date on their repair situation
• Ability to juggle Dozens ++ of customers / repairs at one time. Must be able to multi-task and work at a fast pace
• Must have clear understanding of vehicle repairs and be able to communicate those repairs clearly and concisely to the customers.
• Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management.
