The Regional Manager oversees 7-10 jail kitchens, providing leadership to management teams and ensuring operational success and profitability. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, managing inventories, reporting to corporate, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of multi-unit or industrial food service management experience and a valid driver's license. The role requires the ability to pass criminal background checks and work effectively within a correctional environment.
As a Regional Manager, you will oversee 7-10 jail kitchens where you will be responsible for coaching and providing leadership to each kitchen’s management team to aid them in operating a successful and profitable site, taking weekly or bi-weekly inventories, ordering food and other kitchen items, and weekly reporting to corporate office staff. Excellent customer service and food quality should be the goal of every team member. You will report directly to the President of the company. Our Regional Managers are not afraid to get their hands dirty. When they see that help is needed at a unit, they do what it takes to get the job done.
