Support the General and Assistant General Managers in managing restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction and profit maximization. Provide hands-on leadership across all positions, including grill, fries, and cashier duties.
Requires at least one year of fast-casual restaurant management experience and the ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced kitchen. Candidates must be 18+ years old and possess a Level 1 Serve Safe Certification in New York.
What we offer:
Shift Managers support the General Manager (GM) and Assistant General Manager (AGM) in effectively and efficiently managing a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure guest satisfaction, profit maximization, and high performing work teams. Managers provide hands-on support of the employees and tasks of every position including cashier, lobby, prep, grill, fries, and opening and closing duties.
