Perform residential and commercial painting projects including surface preparation and application using various tools. Maintain clean job sites and communicate professionally with team members and customers.
Candidates should have reliable transportation and the physical ability to lift 40 lbs and work on ladders. While 1+ year of experience is preferred, apprentice painters are also welcome to apply.

Fitzpatrick Painting & Construction is hiring both experienced and apprentice painters to join our growing team. Whether you’re experienced in the trade or looking to build a long-term career in painting, we provide hands-on training, advancement opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Perform residential and commercial painting projects
Prep surfaces including sanding, masking, scraping, and cleaning
Paint using brush, roller, and spray equipment (when applicable)
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Communicate professionally with team members and customers
Follow safety guidelines and company standards
Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
1+ year of painting experience preferred (not required for apprentices)
Reliable transportation to and from job sites daily
Ability to work overtime, especially during peak summer season (preferred)
Comfortable working on ladders and in active job site environments
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good communication and customer-facing skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail
Spray experience (Airless or HVLP)
Brush & Roll proficiency
Prep and product knowledge
Crew leadership or training experience
