Provide one-on-one evidence-based behavior analytic treatment to young children with autism. Help children develop communication, play, and independence skills to succeed at home, school, and in the community.
No prior experience is required as training is provided, though experience with children is a plus. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be physically active.

Behavior Technician | $23–25/hr + Paid RBT Certification
Help young children with autism learn to communicate, play, and build independence. No experience needed, we train you and pay for your certification.
At FirstSteps for Kids, you'll work one-on-one with young children, building the communication, play, and everyday-life skills that help them succeed at home, in school, and in their community. You'll see the small wins up close: a first word, a first friendship, a child doing something today they couldn't do last week. And the skills you help teach now don't just shape a good day, they change the trajectory of a child's whole future.
