Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the restoration or construction industry, specifically with water, fire, and mold remediation. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to work after hours and on weekends.

You thrive on managing daily operations, overseeing documentation, and keeping communication clear and proactive, ensuring every project stays on track and on budget. Your sharp financial insight helps you monitor margins, progress, and costs, while your transparency builds trust with leadership, strategic partners, and stakeholders alike. When challenges arise, your problem-solving, conflict resolution, and crisis management skills keep projects moving forward smoothly-even under high-stakes conditions.
Beyond day-to-day operations, you take ownership of project compliance audits, schedules, permitting processes, and subcontractor coordination. You empower your team to succeed, providing coaching, cross-training, and development opportunities that help each individual reach their full potential.
