The Product Support Assistant provides customer support for various banking products and handles fraud-related issues. They are also responsible for preparing reports, assisting with audits, and supporting the Customer Care Center.
A high school diploma or GED is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates should have one to four years of related experience or training.
