First State Bank is seeking a Product Support Assistant at our 5th Street location. If you have knowledge of banking products and enjoy working in a high-paced environment, you could be a great fit.
40 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Product Support Assistant will perform all duties required of a Product Support Assistant by following policies and procedures set forth by First State Bank, including, but not limited to:
Prepares reports as needed.
Assists on projects for various departments as needed.
Assists with Teller systems.
Assist members of the Department Audit Committee to include reviewing and recommending revisions on policies and procedures as identified and prepare audit summaries.
Provides customer support on various bank products including online banking (both consumer and commercial), cash management services, debit cards, and our various deposit product line.
Provides support for various fraud types, including check, debit card, and Zelle.
Complete all required compliance training and complies with the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Act as well as all regulations which apply within the scope of the position.
Assists the Customer Care Center with answering incoming phone calls, including chat and online messages.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four year college or university preferred.
One to two years related experience and/or training required. Two to four years related experience and/or training preferred.
