Responsible for the general cleanliness of the kitchen dish area and the proper washing and storage of all cooking utensils and glassware. Duties include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and assisting with basic food preparation.
Candidates must possess a food safety certification and be available to work various shifts, including days, swings, and holidays. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Responsible for general cleanliness of the main kitchen dish area and other Food & Beverage kitchen prep areas. Wash and properly store all cooking utensils, china equipment, flatware and glassware.

Fircrest Golf Club grew out of the woods with no homes, roads or businesses in the area, just a 165-acre parcel of land with rolling terrain that was turned into one of Macan’s signature courses.
