Lead a major product initiative by setting long-term strategy, KPIs, and the business case for investment. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and GMs to drive execution and land product milestones.
Requires 7+ years of product management experience, specifically with B2B SaaS, PLG, and Agentic/Conversational AI. Prior experience in HR software or automating manual workflows is highly preferred.

Why We Need You:
We’re looking for a seasoned Principal Product Manager who can lead one of the most important bets for the company. This role will lead this initiative, including setting strategy / KPIs, driving product choices and delivering high impact. You will be comfortable getting hands-on with detailed, nuanced product choices, while also understanding the larger path ahead with your overall strategy. Finally, to land a great outcome, you will need to be an excellent cross-functional collaborator.
