The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production and facility equipment to maximize uptime. This includes executing work orders and maintaining high standards of food safety and operational efficiency.
Candidates need at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience and proficiency with diagnostic tools and technical manuals. A technical trade school certification and experience in food production are preferred.

Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment to ensure maximum uptime. This role executes mechanical and electrical repairs while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and work orders to ensure equipment reliability and production uptime.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on plant machinery.
Diagnose technical issues and perform root-cause analysis to minimize recurring downtime.
Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately within the digital work order system.
Support the installation, modification, and startup of new production equipment.
Adhere strictly to all company safety, food safety (SQF/HACCP), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Assist with departmental project work and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Wage Scale: $26.52 to $27.10 per hour.
