The Project Expeditor manages the delivery schedule for materials and equipment by tracking purchase orders and coordinating across engineering, logistics, and field operations. They are responsible for identifying and mitigating delivery risks to ensure project milestones and drilling programs remain on track.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in procurement, scheduling, or supply chain management. Proficiency in project scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project and experience with ERP platforms are required.

The Project Expeditor owns the delivery schedule for the materials, components, and equipment that keep Fervo's projects moving. They build and maintain the master delivery timeline, track critical packages from award through fabrication and shipment, and surface risk before it threatens a drilling program or project milestone. the planning, coordination, and on-time delivery of materials, components, and equipment across Fervo's active project portfolio. This mid-level role owns the schedule-side view of procurement — building and maintaining the master delivery timeline, tracking critical-path packages from award through fabrication and shipment, and surfacing risks to leadership before they threaten a drilling program or project milestone.
This role works closely with Engineering, Construction, Logistics, and Field Operations. The right person keeps a large portfolio of purchase orders and vendor commitments aligned to the integrated project schedule and has the judgment to know which packages actually matter to cycle time and well cost.: the Expeditor works across procurement, engineering, logistics, and field operations to keep a portfolio of purchase orders and vendor commitments aligned to an integrated project schedule.
