You will own the end-to-end design of the product ecosystem, including the patient mobile app and clinical admin portal. You are responsible for leading the design process from research to dev-ready designs while maintaining a scalable design system.
The role requires 4-5 years of experience shipping functional digital products for mobile and web. Candidates should have a strong background in high-growth start-ups and advanced proficiency in Figma.

After acquiring Juniper Reproductive Health and completing a seed extension in 2025, we are now entering an exciting phase of growth. As we scale, we’re building a team of mission-driven, high-performing individuals passionate about transforming employer-funded healthcare.
The next step in our journey? We’re looking for a passionate Product Designer to join the team.
The role:
You will own the design of our entire product ecosystem. You are responsible for the user interface and experience of our patient mobile app and our web-based clinical/admin portal. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role. You’ll join a small, senior team so day to day autonomy, proactive communication, and self-management are essential.
