Tägliche Überwachung und Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenaufträge für Deutschland und Österreich

Pflege und Aktualisierung von Preisvereinbarungen sowie Durchführung von Preisänderungen in SAP

Stammdatenpflege in den relevanten Systemen (SAP und LSP)
Bestellung von Produkten beim Logistikdienstleister sowie Abstimmung mit internen und externen Schnittstellen
Pflege, Analyse und Aufbereitung von Excel-Dateien, einschließlich der Arbeit mit Makros und komplexen Tabellen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Supply Chain, Logistik, Finance und weiteren Fachbereichen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium
Erste Berufserfahrung im Customer Service, Vertriebsinnendienst oder in der Auftragsabwicklung, idealerweise in der Pharma-, Healthcare- oder Medizintechnikbranche
Gute SAP-Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise im Bereich Sales & Distribution (SD), sind von Vorteil
