Develop and execute sourcing strategies for the Castings category while conducting market research to identify potential suppliers. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize inventory and achieve cost-saving targets through supplier benchmarking.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 4 years of negotiation experience in purchasing. Expertise in the Castings category and fluency in English are mandatory requirements.

At AGCO, aims to lead day by day activities for suppliers from Castings category which deliver parts to EME/SA/NA sites (opportunity exists for >10 manufacturing sites from AGCO around the world). This position requires specialized depth in Castings category and procurement mastery within direct material to continue developing India supplier basis. Besides of Iron Castings, some Aluminum, investment castings and steel castings suppliers should be developed at India.
