Supervise and coordinate all second-shift production activities to ensure precast concrete products meet quality and safety standards. Act as the primary link between plant management and the production crew while enforcing OSHA regulations.
Requires 3-5 years of manufacturing or concrete production experience with prior supervisory experience. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs and preferably possess OSHA or forklift certifications.

The Plant Foreman serves as the direct link between plant management and production crew members.
