Lead the production of signature biscuits from scratch while ensuring consistent quality, texture, and flavor. Manage daily production schedules and maintain a clean, food-safe kitchen environment according to health regulations.
Requires at least 2 years of baking experience, preferably in scratch baking and high-volume environments. Must possess a current SNHD Food Handlers Card and be available for early morning shifts, including weekends.
