Responsibilities

Lead the commercial expansion of Faraday in Chile by developing a qualified pipeline and closing strategic deals. Build and lead a high-performance local sales team while positioning the company as a leader in Offensive Cybersecurity and Exposure Management.

Requirements

Requires over 5 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or Cybersecurity with a proven network of C-level contacts in Chile. Must possess strong consultative selling skills and fluency in English for regional and US interactions.

This is a remote position.

Buscamos un Head of Sales que lidere la expansión comercial de Faraday en Chile, desarrollando pipeline calificado, cerrando deals estratégicos y construyendo relaciones a largo plazo. Tu objetivo es posicionar a Faraday como referente en Ciberseguridad Ofensiva y Gestión de Exposición (CTEM), construyendo un equipo de alto rendimiento.

Gestión Comercial y Venta Consultiva

  • Diseñar y ejecutar el plan go-to-market en Chile (Outbound + Inbound + Referidos).

  • Prospectar cuentas Enterprise y Mid-market (Fintech, Banca, Tech, Corporates), liderando el ciclo completo: desde el Discovery y Demos técnicas, hasta la negociación y cierre de oportunidades multi-stakeholder.

  • Participar activamente en licitaciones gubernamentales y posicionar nuestra plataforma integral de seguridad.

Desarrollo de Mercado y Marca

  • Construir la marca Faraday mediante presencia en eventos y comunidad (CISOs, CTOs, Heads of Security).

  • Colaborar con KAM/CS para garantizar renovaciones y detectar oportunidades de expansión (PTaaS, CyberSOC, ASM, Threat Intel).

Liderazgo y Gobernanza 

  • Reclutar, formar y liderar al equipo comercial local.

  • Definir procesos de ventas y asegurar la disciplina en Zoho CRM.



Requirements

  • Trayectoria: +5 años en ventas B2B (SaaS o Ciberseguridad).

  • Experiencia: Venta de soluciones complejas y de ticket alto; manejo de ciclos de venta largos.

  • Mercado: Experiencia comprobable en Chile con red de contactos activa en C-Levels.

  • Habilidades: Venta consultiva (no transaccional) y capacidad de gestionar múltiples stakeholders.

Highly Valued

  • Conocimiento Técnico: Pentesting, Vulnerability Management, SOC/SIEM.

  • Targeting: Experiencia vendiendo a Banca, Fintech o empresas reguladas.

  • Idiomas: Inglés fluido (para interacción regional/US).
